Aufgaben
The hospital is a leading hospital and one of the best hospitals in the UAE
Requirements:
1. Western educated, trained and experienced Surgical Registered Nurse with valid professional license from the country of origin;
2.-Bachelor Degree in Nursing;
-Master Degree in Nursing Management or Masters Degree in Advanced Clinical Specialty strongly desired;
3.Current 5 years of leadership and management experience as a Head RN/ Charge RN on Surgical Unit required;
4.Professional experience with demonstrated competency in clinical management, organizational and leadership skills; be able to make intelligent decisions in a fast paced environment;
5.Must have great peoples management skills and have the ability to work with all levels of employees and management;
6. Must be assertive and demand that procedures are done correctly and quickly;
7.Computer literate.
