Aufgaben
|
Your ResponsibilitiesThe key areas of responsibility of the Key Account Manager (m/f/d) are to identify potential key accounts and to manage, develop & grow existing large accounts that have a large, potentially multinational footprint. This is a management position as it requires accountability for large, multinationalaccounts and due to the impact of such large accounts. - You maximize sales and total key account potential - You get in-depth insights in and knowledge of key accounts’ strategy & business approach - You manage the accounts strategically & tactically - You build an intimate long term relationship with all relevant stakeholders and ‘connect’ communications between our representatives and equivalents within the Key Account between different departments, functions and levels - You detect anddevelop new (strategic) business opportunities within the existing accounts - You develop, implement and manage key account plans and processes according to the key account planning methodology - You secure and make key account(s) information available internally in accordance with company processes and using specific tools (e.g. CRM) - You provide key input on financial and logistics forecasting - You steer and influence other internal stakeholders (sales staff, R&D, other departments, divisions, regions) in order to realize key account plans and objectives - You suggest optimization of company processes and organization in function of the key accounts - You acquire& developnew accounts - You are responsible for growing our projection and image processing sales revenue and funnel by actively targeting your key accounts; - You identify new opportunities for all products within your defined customer list and transfer it to the appropriate specialist team; - You are comfortable interacting with different roles and levels at key accounts (Procurement, Project manager, Prescriber, Technical Manager, IT/AV Manager, C-Level) - You develop strong interlinks with the other local team members, including pre-sales, consultant team, service team and other sales specialists - You will monitor technology and market factors and provide market intelligence to Sales Management, Segment marketing and product management - You will identify showstoppers to potential opportunities and report back to our Service or Segment managers & Sales Director for additional support - You will report on weekly visits to the regional sales director and manage funnel as per company CRM rules - You develop strong relationships within the Sales Teams in different countries, as well as with functional leaders in Belgium Corporate HQ to ensure harmonious working relationships |

Anforderungen
|
Your Profile - You hold a Bachelor or Master degree in business, economics, marketing, engineering or equivalent, as well as about 7 years experience in sales, account management ormarket/business development in the corresponding industry (experience in the relevant business area is a plus) - You are able to influence people and have strong relationship buildingskills - You distinguish yourself by analytical skills as well as excellent communication skills including written, verbal and presentation - Fluency in English is required - You have a track record of indirect end user sales success working in a technology company within the professional audio-visual sectors and ideally an experience within themed entertainment or simulation markets - You have a good understanding of IT, UCC & AV technologies - You can adopt a disciplined and organized approach in regards to your travel and CRM pipeline management - You enjoy to work in a team and can effectively work across organizational and national boundaries - You have a self-assured and outgoing personality with the ability and adaptability to work practically, reliably and flexibly, without the need for on-going support |
