Aufgaben
The hospital is a state of the art, highest healthcare standard, leading hospital in the UAE
Requirements:
-Western educated, trained and experienced Internal Medicine Registered Nurse-with valid professional license from the country of origin;
-BSN required, MSN strongly preferred;
-A minimum of 3-5 years of recent Nursing management and/or supervisory experience in internal medicine is required, preferably in managing an internal medicine outpatient area;
-Professional experience with demonstrated competency in clinical management, excellent interpersonal, organizational and leadership skills;
-Demonstration of excellent decision-making and judgment skills are required;
-Must have great people management skills and have the ability to work effectively with diverse multidisciplinary team members all levels of employees and management;
-Computer literate;
